Following a career as a pilot and mother, Ruth survived a stroke in her early 60s. Staff - Rehab Aides

Rehab Aides are similar to Care Aides but specialize in the recovery aspects of injury, stroke and surgery. Able to conduct personal care along with rehabilitative routines supervised by a nurse or therapist, Rehab Aides are on the front line of recovery.

Offered by many schools as a certificate program, a Rehab Aide certificate affirms an individual has received specific training in many aspects of recovery from illness or injury.
